Privacy Policy

How Trusted Again handles personal information on this website and when you buy.

In short

  • This website sets no cookies, has no forms and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
  • When you buy, you give your details to Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, on its checkout page. It shares your order details with us so we can support you.
  • If you email us, we use your message only to reply. Please don’t send your CBP letter or case papers.
  • If we contact you in your work, as a creator, publisher or journalist, section 11 says what we keep and how to opt out.
  • We don’t sell or share your personal information for advertising.

1. Who is responsible

This website is operated by Vighnesh G Warrier, trading as Trusted Again, of G1204, Sumadhura Eden Garden, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067, India, based in India. Contact us about privacy at support@trustedagain.com.

2. What we collect, and from where

When you visit this website

The website itself collects nothing about you: it has no forms, no accounts and no cookies, and no analytics. Like every website host, our host, Cloudflare, receives technical information from your browser when it delivers a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. The host uses it to deliver the site and keep it secure, under its own privacy policy.

When you buy

Checkout takes place on Dodo Payments’ website, not ours. Dodo Payments, as merchant of record, collects your name, email address, billing country and postal code (and, depending on the payment method, your address), and your payment details. It processes them under its own privacy policy. Dodo Payments shares with us the order details we need to support you: your name, email address, country, what you bought, the amount, and the date. We never see your full card details.

After payment, Dodo Payments sends you to our thank-you page with your payment ID, the payment status and your email address in the page address. A small script on that page reads only the payment status, to show the right message; it stores nothing and sends nothing anywhere. Our host’s logs may record the full address, as they record any page request.

When you email us

We receive your email address, anything you write, and any attachment. Please don’t send your CBP letter, court records or other case papers: nobody here reviews individual cases, and we’ll delete them.

3. How we use it

  • to deliver the kit and help with download or file problems;
  • to handle refunds under our Refund Policy, and payment disputes;
  • to reply to your messages;
  • to keep the records that tax and accounting law require;
  • to prevent fraud and protect this website and the kit from misuse, such as unauthorized copies.

We don’t send marketing email, and we don’t sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Who we share it with

The categories of third parties that receive personal information are:

  • Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, for checkout, payment, tax, receipts, delivery and refunds;
  • our web host, Cloudflare, which delivers the website;
  • our email provider, Google Gmail (messages reach it through Cloudflare Email Routing), which stores support email;
  • professional advisers and authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and support records for six years, for tax and accounting purposes.

Records about business contacts are kept for the periods in section 11.

6. Reviewing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email us from the address you used, say what you’d like, and we’ll reply within 2 business days. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it. Your checkout details are held by Dodo Payments; you can also ask Dodo Payments directly, as its privacy policy explains.

7. Do Not Track and tracking across websites

This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off: every visit is treated as if the signal were on.

No other party collects personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this website. The checkout page belongs to Dodo Payments and is covered by its own privacy and cookie policies.

8. Children

This website and the kit are for adults. They aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Security

The website is served only over HTTPS and loads no third-party scripts. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments; we never receive card numbers. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so please don’t email us anything sensitive.

10. Where information is processed

We operate from India. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards.

11. Business contacts and outreach

This section is for people we contact in their work: creators and channel owners, publishers, organizations and journalists. We may email you once with a proposal or pitch that fits your audience, or answer a request for sources that you published.

  • What we hold: your name, your business email address and your channel or publication, and the date and route of each contact (for example, the business-contact page where we found your address).
  • Where it comes from: business contact details that you or your organization published, such as a channel’s business-inquiries address or a website’s contact, press or “work with me” page, and journalists’ own published requests for sources. We don’t buy or rent contact lists.
  • Why: to handle one proposal or pitch, or our answer to your request, and any reply.
  • Legal basis: where the law asks for one, as UK and EU data protection law do, our legitimate interests in offering relevant work to people who publish business contact details for that purpose, weighed against your interests and rights.
  • Who sees it: only us, and the email provider that stores our email for us, Google Gmail (messages reach it through Cloudflare Email Routing). We don’t sell or share it, or use it for advertising.
  • Our contact log and do-not-contact list: we keep a contact log of the details above. If you ask us not to contact you again, we add your email address to a do-not-contact list, so that we don’t.
  • How long we keep them: each contact-log entry until 12 months after the last message or reply between us, and then we delete it. The do-not-contact list holds only your email address, the brand (Trusted Again) and the date you opted out, and we keep it for as long as Trusted Again contacts people this way, so that we never contact you again.
  • Your right to object, and other rights: you can object at any time, and we’ll stop: reply to our message (“no thanks” is enough) or email us at support@trustedagain.com. You can also ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it; after an opt-out we keep only the do-not-contact entry, so that we can respect it.
  • Complaints: if you’re in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection regulator. In the UK that’s the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we’ll also say so in a note at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
